Specifically targeted at the natural gem fan.

Kempton Park Rock n Gem Show 14th & 15 March

This weekend sees the 1st Rock n Gem show at Kempton Park Racecourse this year and it promises to be a big one with lots of exhibitors and everything crystal, mineral, gemstone, fossil and bead related.

We'll be at the show with a selection of crystal, minerals, carving, gem jewellery and gemstones!
Venue York Racecourse, you can always stay over at the Race Course Centre just minutes away from the racecourse and 20mins walk from the town centre.

The 1st Rock n Gem show of 2009 see us at 'The Hop Farm' Kent
We've never been to this show before, for some reason we're out of winter hibernation early!

The show has at least 27 exhibitors and most things rock, mineral, gemstone and bead will be available.

We’d like to say a BIG THANK_YOU to you our valued customers over the internet, on the high street and at various shows and events we attend throughout the year.

We hope you have a lovely, relaxing and jolly Christmas and a rewarding New Year!

Now’s good to take time to review the year about to pass and plan for the year in front, not all dreams manifest in ways we expect but there’s rewarding challenges out there for us all!

Don’t forget we offer free postage for orders over £18 and we ship every working day and Saturdays, orders arriving before 3pm normally ship the same day. We also hold all the stock shown in our shops and storage facilities, no drop shipping or last minute ordering systems are used.

We also show images of the exact item, with the exception of tumblestones, books, magazines etc. and where stated.

2009 as always we shall be expanding the ranges of crystal and minerals, we'll also have more gemstones for jewellery makers so whether you are a budding silversmith or goldsmith or have found a new pastime have a look find a unique gem and create your own masterpiece!

We'll be exhibiting at the Bath and West Rock n Gem show on the 27th 28th of September with a lovely and varied selection of crystals, minerals and jewellery. Very close to Glastonbury one of the few dedicated mineral, crystal, gemstone, bead shows available in the area.
Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet the Isle of Avalon area one of the mysterious energetic regions of the country, why not visit and pop down to the show which has a large and varied range of exhibitors and all things crystal and mineral on offer.

The Apostles of the New Age Saturday 23rd August with Edwin Courtenay

Here is a brief outline of the workshop:-

The Apostles were those chosen by the Master Jesus and the Christ to carry on the work and ministry of the mystery teachings of Christianity. Initiated into these deep truths and gifted with the descent of the Holy Spirit they journeyed out into the world planting the seeds of truth that would ultimately contribute to the return of the golden age and the ascension of humanity and the planet. Now as we approach the prophesied time of 2012 we are being asked to become the Apostles of the New Age, spiritual warriors, teachers, healers and guides readied to help with the awakening consciousness of mankind and lead the world into its new tomorrow.

Through this workshop under the overlighting presence of the Christ, the Master Jesus and his Apostles, we will be greatly awoken to the truth of our unique spiritual destiny and given the power and the direction to get the work done! The Christ Light within all present will be further awoken to its highest degree and each person saturated on a molecular level in the enlivening force of the Holy Spirit.
The Masters will perform a powerful spiritual initiation aligning us to the paths of light and reminding us of the spiritual codes and practices that will guide us and provide all with a simple, practical code that can be applied in all walks of life. This workshop promises to be a rededication for some and a rebirth for others, packed full of meditations, channellings, exercises and initiations. A truly experiential day of bliss and light, leading us back to the comforting arms of the Divine.

The only certain thing that we know is that everything changes and it's best to move with them!

Well we're always trying to give customers a better experience when shopping online as part of our continued development program we've made a few changes, have a look and see if you like the way Earthly Gems online is evolving - let us know!

We have added a postcode lookup so when you checkout you don't have to type your address in, we're also sending you parcel tracking numbers when we ship your goods!

Also the equipment we use to take our pictures of the stock is evolving, so we hope you notice that the photos are showing more detail.

Well just arrived for this week not only have we restocked the Earthly Gems range of incense we have also added a new Angel Scent incense range with naturally blended fragrances with varieties such as Guardian Angel, Purifying, Angel Luck, Angel Protection and Angel Luck.
There's also some discounts to be had if you buy a few packs!

Also just in from lovely Brazilian clear quartz crystal balls excellent for scrying and other crystal healing pursuits.

From Peru we have lovely polished freeforms of chrysocolla, ideal shapes for meditation and just to hold.

As always more lovely crystals and goodies are on their way!

Make Market Deeping Green

A local campaign which in essence is a great initiative but having attended a meeting currently seems a little preoccupied with the issues of plastic bags!

Our last invite was not by email but by letter containing 2 A4 pages printed only on 1 side, a shame we can all do more!

A local venue posted an invoice to us for a recent workshop we held there, we probably share the same postbox literally seconds from our front doors, we can all do more!

We've been using paper bags for a long time, however aware that they take energy to make transport and are heavy have been looking at alternatives, hemp, cotton, potato starch etc. Unfortunately mostly only available from over sea's and at quantities that would take up too much valuable space!

We had hoped that everyone would club together and not only have a sustainable bag but one which would promote local business as well!

Anyway for now what we have is a sustainable cotton bag(with no advertising!) available for purchase at £2.50 or free if you buy something big and heavy from the shop and a plastic bag but 100% degradable!

Not really the colour but the environmental thoughts feelings and considerations, we like to think we're always trying to do our little bit, this blog is actually hosted on servers from a company that uses solely wind, water and solar energy for creating it's power. So it's definately worth mentioning and hopefully adds to our efforts!
